Subscription & Billing
All iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchase. To manage or cancel:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap NanoMama and follow the instructions
For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com

Account Issues
If you cannot log in, forgot your password, or need to reset your account, email info@nanomama.ru with your registered email address and a description of the issue.

Data & Privacy Requests
Email info@nanomama.ru with one of the following subject lines:
- "Data Access Request" — receive a copy of your data
- "Account Deletion Request" — delete your account and all data
- "Data Correction Request" — correct inaccurate data
We process all data requests within 30 days.
