Subscription & Billing

All iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchase. To manage or cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap NanoMama and follow the instructions

For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com

Account Issues

If you cannot log in, forgot your password, or need to reset your account, email info@nanomama.ru with your registered email address and a description of the issue.

Data & Privacy Requests

Email info@nanomama.ru with one of the following subject lines:

  • "Data Access Request" — receive a copy of your data
  • "Account Deletion Request" — delete your account and all data
  • "Data Correction Request" — correct inaccurate data

We process all data requests within 30 days.
