For iOS users only. This document describes the subscription terms for the NanoMama iOS application offered through Apple In-App Purchase.
iOS billing: on iOS, subscriptions are processed by Apple In-App Purchase and managed in Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions. The Russian Tinkoff Card-on-File flow described in the Terms of Service does not apply to App Store purchases.
1. Overview
NanoMama on iOS offers paid subscriptions and an introductory plan via Apple In-App Purchase. Apple is responsible for taking payment and enforcing Apple's standard subscription policies. The Operator (Operationrange Ltd.) provides the underlying service, content and support.
2. Subscription Plans (iOS, USD)
2.1 Auto-renewing subscriptions with a free trial
Each plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If the trial is not cancelled before it ends, the subscription auto-renews at the price below; the first charge is taken at the end of the trial.
- Monthly: 7 days free, then $9.99 / month, auto-renewing.
- Annual: 7 days free, then $99.99 / year, auto-renewing.
The free trial is offered once per Apple ID. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends — see Section 4 (Manage and Cancel).
2.2 AI Action packs (consumable, non-subscription)
Optional one-time purchases that add AI actions to your account. They do not auto-renew. Each pack is consumed as you use AI features.
- 10 AI actions: $0.99 (one-time).
- 25 AI actions: $1.99 (one-time).
- 50 AI actions: $2.99 (one-time).
- 100 AI actions: $4.99 (one-time).
Local-currency equivalents are displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. Apple may apply local taxes and exchange-rate adjustments. Prices may change; you will be notified before any change takes effect.
3. Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal charge is processed by Apple within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and billed to your Apple ID account.
- The renewal price equals the subscription's then-current price, as displayed by Apple at the time of renewal.
4. Manage and Cancel
- On your iOS device, open Settings.
- Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
- Select NanoMama.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or change plan).
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain access to paid features until that date. Re-subscription is available at any time at the then-current price.
5. Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are governed by Apple's policy. To request a refund, visit support.apple.com/HT204084 or use the Report a Problem link in your App Store purchase history. The Operator does not process refunds for App Store purchases.
6. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how subscription and account data are processed by Operationrange Ltd. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers or third parties for advertising purposes. Apple provides us only with subscription status (active / expired / refunded) and the chosen plan tier.

The full conditions for using NanoMama on iOS are set out in our Terms of Service. In addition, where applicable, Apple's Standard End-User License Agreement (EULA) governs the use of the App as licensed software:
